Pioneer of the comic book industry, Axel Alonso sat down with Shai and Becky to discuss his groundbreaking company, AWA Studios, where he is Chief Creative Officer and how AWA's imprint Upshot comics is shaking up storytelling. He also shared insights from his time as Editor-in-Chief of Marvel Comics, when he broke barriers by introducing unprecedented numbers of inclusive and diverse characters. Axel is also a gracious and wonderful guy.
